These methods protect the environment by reducing the use of fertilizers and totally avoiding pesticides and synthetic herbicides. The entire production is processed in accordance with the International Standards set forth by ECOCERT Italy.
Specially produced wine vinegar from selected Italian wine cellars; concentrated grape must coming from grapes: Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana, Montuni. All raw material comes from organic agriculture.
