Q: How does online ordering work?
A: Create an account using your email and password or checkout as a guest with your email/telephone #. Select your fresh + Local + Artisanal + foodie items, proceed to checkout, select pick-up or delivery options and submit your order. We will send you a notification when your order is ready for pick up or with your delivery date + timeframe.
Q: Are there different days to order and a schedule?
A: Order early in the week for the best selection: We order farm fresh weekly for fresh produce + bi-weekly to monthly for meat & dairy depending upon the demand. We update the online store by Saturday at 5pm for the upcoming week.
You can order ANY DAY OF THE WEEK for pick up in the same week. The online store is updated in real time allowing you to order in-stock items all the way up until the weekend.
Pickup Orders: We will send you a notification to let you know when your order is ready. Stop in during our current hours once you have been notified.
For contactless: Park out front and call us to let us know that you are there. Let us know name, make/model or brief description of your vehicle. Pop your trunk and we will kindly place your groceries/goods in your trunk for you.
Delivery: We are currently delivering Wed-Saturday in Sarnia. For Lambton County (outside of the city of Sarnia), we ask that orders are in earlier in the week to make arrangements for delivery. Our busiest delivery day is Friday but we will confirm your delivery day + time once your order is processed.
We 100% back the quality and freshness of all products made or sold by Pure Local Organics. If you have any issues at all with any products purchased, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. We will kindly and gladly credit/refund/replace product as needed.
