Q: How does online ordering work?
A: Create an account using your email and password. Select your fresh + Local + food + lifestyle options. We will confirm with your order + delivery day + estimated time. We are offering FREE DELIVERY in Lambton-County.
Q: Are there different days to order and a schedule?
A: Yes for our FULL Local food delivery service + to guarantee your selections of your order of fresh meat, dairy and produce; order by Sunday at midnight. We will confirm delivery day/time as well as a courtesy call at the time of delivery.
Order by Sunday at midnight to guarantee FULL MEAT, DAIRY + PRODUCE selections. We order your selections farm fresh for meat + dairy + produce. We do however update the online store with what has been ordered + what is coming in so that our customers can still get their hands on fresh meat, dairy + produce for delivery in the same week as we do order extra to stock in-store.
You can order ANY DAY OF THE WEEK for delivery in the same week. Our online store is current but due to high demand we cannot guarantee exact time for orders. We will however give you a courtesy call to let you know what we anticipate based upon demand.
Order that include Meat + Dairy: Friday & Saturday.
Orders that include produce + in-stock items: Wednesday & Thursday.
The average wait time for online orders + delivery after Sunday at midnight is same day or next day excluding Sunday-Tuesday. We are closed Sunday + Monday. All of our farm pick-ups for fresh produce happen Monday. We are back in-store Tuesday, sorting + packing orders for the week. Our first delivery day for the week is Wednesday all the way until Saturday!
Pickup Orders: Let us know in the comments at checkout, what day/time you are picking up so that we can have your order ready! Pick up orders are from Tues-Friday 10-6 & Sat 10-4 pm We ask that you order 24 hours in advance to give us enough time to prep or make/get fresh product ready. Please call should you need to place an order the same day as pickup.
We 100% back the freshness and quality of all of our products. If you have an issue with any products purchased from Pure Local Organics; we ask that you contact us right away. We will kindly and gladly credit or refund or replace product as needed. Any food products purchased on ripe sale are final sale; we recommend consuming ripe items sooner than later.

Q: Are there certain precautions I should take right now or that Pure Local Organics is taking due to Covid-19?
A: Yes Order online with us for FREE delivery to reduce contamination risks. We are taking all necessary precautions for health + safety. As an extra precaution for online orders; upon delivery we will drop your groceries at the front door and give you a courtesy call. We ask that you are conscious to bring your groceries in within 30 minutes of being dropped to ensure health & safety of your food especially in regard to fresh meat + dairy.
Q: Is your store open during the Covid-19 quarantine.
A: Yes we are Organic grocery and essential. Our store will remain open until we feel the need or are forced to close down for health and safety reasons in regard to Covid-19.
We ask that customers coming into the store bring debit or credit only. We will not be accepting cash as of March 22,2020 in an effort to reduce contamination.
We ask that customers reduce touching unnecessary surfaces or products. We ask that our customers sanitize their hands upon entering the store, we have some provided. Please give sufficient space to your fellow shoppers.
We are following all health + safety protocols in regard to sorting, packing, handling + making items in our Certified prep kitchen as well as at the checkout in-store. Thank you for your patience during this time.
